For a seamless procedure, please ensure you supply us with the correct shipping address, email, and phone number. For international orders, please ensure your delivery information is in English characters.

We use Australia Post's eParcel service to ensure your SUKU gets to you safely and quickly. International orders are dispatched using DHL, please go to their website to see up to date delivery time-frames and estimation.

 

STORE PICKUP

Click and collect is available from our Melbourne flagship store, Dream Baby. Select the option at check-out and we will notify you when your new SUKU is ready for collection.

  

SHIPPING RATES

Australia:

We offer FREE standard posts for all orders in Australia over $80 (3-7 bussiness days)

$10 Standard shipping within Australia for orders under $50 (3-7 business days)

$15 Express shipping within Australia for any order (1-2 business days)

 

New Zealand:

For orders under 4.5 kgs (our standard bedding sets and pyjamas) shipping is $30 (3-10 business days)

For orders from 4.5kgs upwards shipping is $45 AUD (3-10 business days)

 

Japan:

For orders under 0.5 kgs (our pyjamas) shipping is $35 AUD (3-10 business days)

For orders between 0.6 kgs and 4.4 kgs (our standard bedding sets and multiple pyjamas) shipping is $45 AUD (3-10 business days)

For orders from 4.5kgs upwards shipping is $60 AUD (3-10 business days)

 

Singapore & Malaysia:

For orders under 0.5 kgs (our pyjamas) shipping is $45 AUD (3-10 business days)

For orders between 0.6 kgs and 4.4 kgs (our standard bedding sets and multiple pyjamas) shipping is $60 AUD (3-10 business days)

For orders from 4.5kgs upwards shipping is $80 AUD (3-10 business days)

 

Rest of the World:

For orders under 2.5 kgs (our pyjamas) shipping is $45 (3-10 business days)

For orders between 2.5 kgs and 4.4 kgs (our standard bedding sets and multiple pyjamas) shipping is $60 AUD (3-10 business days)

For orders from 4.5kgs upwards shipping is $80 AUD (3-10 business days)

All SUKU products are handmade and beautifully crafted. Each item is truly unique, so we ask you to allow for slight variation in print and colour to occur.

 

CURRENCY, TAXES AND TAX DUTY

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
